In Europe, the candle was the only clean lighting for 1,800 years.Torches or open fires were very dirty light sources,
they greased and smoked the rooms immediately. The candle has made our modern world possible!
Today, electric light is absolutely normal for our world, but only since the time of our grandparents.
Is the candle unnessecary? Oh no, candles are more popular than ever!
Can you imagine a world without candles? Unthinkable!
With the invention of new light sources such as gas light or electricity, the end of the candle seemed sealed. But isn't it amazing
that much moreCandles are sold today than ever before in history?
The candle is just a very special thing! It conveys a totally unique mood - no other object can do that.
It creates atmosphere, coziness, contemplation and even spirituality. No celebration without candles!
And would you have thought that the candle is currently very important even for NASA?
